First 8 weeks : 25% monthly commission on revenue generated
After 8 weeks : Opportunity to shift to a base salary plus 25% commission (based on proven results & first success stories)
During the initial period : 25% commission (with room for performance-based increase)

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience within retail, pharma, beauty, supplements, or grocery sectors

Strong network of buyer contacts is a major plus

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset

Passion for health and lifestyle products

Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

Identify and approach new distribution partners, retailers, and sales channels

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing

Build and nurture long-term business relationships

Develop regional sales strategies tailored to your markets

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize impact

Example : Generate USD 100,000 in monthly revenue → You earn USD 25,000 commission on top of your base.
