Chubb has an opportunity for a Platform Administrator ServiceNow who will provide support across a wide range of technical processes within the Chubb ServiceNow environment. The primary responsibilities of this role include platform administration and testing , with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with ServiceNow and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the enterprise. What You'll Do
Participate and provide consultation in the architecture, design, development, implementation, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.Contribute to strategic project planning initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency across Global Technology, Professional Services, and Engineering departments.Conduct end-to-end testing (unit, functional, and regression) to ensure solutions meet the needs and satisfaction of internal and external users.Mentor and collaborate with offshore and onsite developers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices within the team.Support the development of technical solutions, providing ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve issues and ensure solutions align with end-user requirements.Create, maintain, and update documentation related to technical configurations and solutions.What Were Looking For
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer .Proficiency in scripting across multiple areas (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, ACLs, UI policies, portal pages, and UI pages), with the ability to configure flows and workflows.Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, impact analysis across multiple stakeholder groups, and translation into design and implementation specifications. Skilled in application and workflow configuration, UI customization, reporting development, integration components, testing, and QA. Experience mentoring and coaching teams through this process.Strong capability to work in agile environments, with solid understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles.Knowledge of testing techniques (performance, unit, integration, automated), including their strengths and limitations, with the ability to apply them effectively and track / resolve identified issues.Skilled in the use of development and administration tools (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration / Unix tools) to support daily tasks.What You'll Get
