About the Role The Senior Analyst Revenue Operations mission is to ensure the effective management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Sales and Marketing Tech Stacks to support ToolsGroup’s Sales organization in achieving its revenue goals.
This includes maintaining system functionality, automating processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and aligning cross-functional operations.
Main Responsibilities Manage and maintain the full TG Sales Tech Stack, including user management, software updates and the implementation of improvements such as process automation, validation rules or path guidance updates, with the objective of ensuring optimal performance and increasing efficiency for the Sales team.
Ensure alignment between Salesforce and Accounting system requirements and troubleshoot any data flow or integration issues.
Build and maintain Salesforce components such as validation rules, path guidance, alerts, and views to support sales processes.
Design and maintain automated flows to improve data integrity across integrated platforms.
Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and deliver insights to sales leadership.
Assist in tracking and reporting key sales performance metrics, such as bookings, lead activity, and conversion rates.
Support Sales Commission data management by ensuring accurate integration between Salesforce and the commission system, resolving any discrepancies related to sales compensation.
Manage licensing requests through the SO99+ Licensing Server, including granting or revoking access to users.
Requirements 5 years of sales operations experience in global organizations.
Advanced Salesforce skills including Flows, validation rules, advanced formula coding, custom object creation and preferably CPQ, CRM Analytics, APEX coding.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Advanced English level.
Experience managing Salesforce CPQ, CRM Analytics will be highly valuable.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Qualified.com, Celigo is preferred.
Experience with Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau or PowerBI is preferred.
Experience with Commissions software (Sales Performance Management SPM Software) will be highly valuable.
Ability to work independently and interface with multiple departments.
