As a Documentation Specialist you will ensure the accurate preparation, verification, and compliance of all export documentation and shipment records in accordance with customs and international trade regulations.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to :

• Handle AES filing and prepare export documentation, including Master Bill of Lading (MBL) and House Bill of Lading (HBL).
• Verify hazardous materials shipping paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all shipment documentation complies with customs rules and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and review export documents required for international shipments.
• Send pre-alerts to agents and partners to ensure smooth cargo handling and timely coordination.
• Create and maintain accurate batch records for export processes.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Studies : Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics or an administration-related Degree.

Experience : At least 2 years of experience in Logistics or Freight Operations, preferably in documentation within Freight Forwarding.

Language : Advanced English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks :

Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., following the American Calendar.

Contract : Indefinite term contract

Places : WeWork Santa Fe - Medellin Colombia.

Salary : $4,000.000 cop
