Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope :
40 hours / week, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break Sydney time
Remote work arrangement with flexibility in working hours depending on project deadlines
Work directly with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality visual assets

Responsibilities :
Design and develop engaging graphics for digital and print materials including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns
Create branding assets such as logos, icons, typography, and style guides to ensure consistent visual identity
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into compelling visual deliverables
Prepare design files for both web and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality standards
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Adapt designs to suit various platforms and audiences across international markets
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects
Provide ongoing support for revisions, updates, and new creative requests as needed
Requirements :
Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a marketing, creative agency, or e-commerce setting
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva (Figma a plus)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Ability to create both static and animated content for digital channels
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure brand consistency across all materials
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design capabilities (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)

Requirements
