Summary

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for

developing scalable, robust, and high-quality solutions. As an engineer, you are a professional  with several years of hands-on experience, possessing advanced technical skills and in-depth  knowledge. You excel in problem-solving, effective communication, guiding and mentoring other  engineers, making critical technical decisions, and contributing to the strategic direction of  projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases to validate functionality, usability, security, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using the team’s issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide QA insights during planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure quality standards are met before releases and deployments.
• Identify high-value test cases for automation and create automated test scripts (preferably using Cypress).
• Integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline to support continuous testing and faster delivery cycles.
• Work with developers to ensure the testability and maintainability of new features.
• Mentor and lead incoming QA team members, promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance.
