Overview
Digital & e-Commerce Head for Central America and Andean Region at L’Oréal. Lead digital transformation and e-commerce strategy to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation and consumer engagement. Qualifications
Senior professional with proven leadership experience, capable of inspiring and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.Extensive experience in digital project management, with expertise in SEO, SEM, data analytics, CRM, and media planning.Fluent in English (advanced) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinker with a consumer-first mindset, able to drive transformation and innovation while keeping customer satisfaction at the core.Self-motivated, results-driven, highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical mindset, proactive in identifying growth opportunities and translating insights into actionable strategies.About L’Oréal
