Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope :
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Central with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls in both English and SpanishTake detailed messages and relay them via emailInput call information and notes into MyCase CRMHandle basic status inquiries and updatesFollow provided scripts for call handlingSend email notifications about callsMaintain professional communication standardsAssist with administrative tasksRequirements :
