We are looking for a Head of Strategy to work closely with the leadership team and drive strategic initiatives that will shape the future of the company. This person will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that execution aligns with long-term goals.

What you'll do

• Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute the companys strategic roadmap.
• Lead high-impact projects across multiple areas (growth, operations, finance, product, and partnerships).
• Analyze market trends, competition, and internal performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, and board preparation with insights, reporting, and strategic narratives.
• Build scalable processes and frameworks to improve decision-making and execution.
• Act as a thought partner to the leadership team, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems.
