People Business Partner

About The Role

The People Business Partner is both a strategic and hands‑on role that provides full‑cycle Human Resources support to our teammates and business leaders. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving functional excellence and process improvement.

A PBP at Veho is a builder, problem solver, and a strong thought partner to the business leaders within their supported group. In this role, you will primarily support non‑exempt employees and the leaders of our Bogotá, Colombia, location.

What You’ll Do

  • Primary point of contact for employee relations
  • Partner with business leaders to advise on talent development strategies
  • Build processes that scale the services provided to your stakeholders and customers
  • Partner with recruiting to build organizational strategies and ensure leveling and job architecture for new roles is consistent across teams
  • Hold listening sessions with teammates
  • Support in‑office needs

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a people operations or human resources role
  • At least 2 years of experience as a People Business Partner or Human Resources Business Partner
  • Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles
  • Analytical mindset with an understanding of core people related metrics
  • Previous experience building processes, playbooks, and best practices
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
  • Experience in a high growth or rapidly changing work environment

  • 1 to 3 years of HR Business Partner experience.
  • HRIS / HCM : Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Oracle HCM, or similar.
  • ATS : Greenhouse, Lever, or internal recruitment platforms.

  • Finance Business Partner

    As Finance Manager, you are the financial steward and strategic business partner for our operations in Colombia. You own the full financial agenda : steering, planning, forecasting, and business performance management.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Own the full budgeting process with support from global and regional FP&A teams.
  • Support the country manager and leadership team by tracking business performance, identifying deviations, and working together to solve them.
  • Manage and control costs for the Colombian business looking for constant optimization.
  • Build business cases to support management decisions.
  • Be the face and brain of the Colombian business when it comes to any financial topics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the local operation for all financial topics, connecting with global and regional finance teams as applicable.
  • Collaborate with regional and global FP&A and Finance reporting teams to deliver reliable and actionable financial dashboards.
  • Work closely with the regional accounting, payroll, and compliance team based in Mexico on tax, payroll, labor, and other financial matters for Colombia.
  • Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of relevant Finance experience, with at least 3 years in a proven FP&A or commercial finance leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including deep Excel modeling experience and ideal exposure to BI tools.
  • Well‑rounded financial profile, comfortable managing reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, and labor topics.
  • Senior & Autonomous Mindset : Dynamic, proactive, and willing to multitask.
  • Execution Focus : Highly structured, organized, and focused on meeting deadlines.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Native Spanish and advanced English.
