The Role
We’re seeking a VP of Sales - Spain as an individual contributor to drive sales and establish Maisa as the leader in Agentic AI Automation across Spain’s medium and large businesses. This is a hands-on sales role focused on hunting, prospecting, and closing enterprise deals. You’ll be our primary sales executive in Spain, responsible for the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature with Global 2000 companies and substantial Spanish businesses.
Location : Remote anywhere in Spain, with up to 50% travel required
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales Execution :
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across Spain
- Hunt and prospect new enterprise opportunities using existing network and rolodex
- N avigate complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes at C-suite level
- Lead negotiations for large-scale Agentic AI implementations ($500K+ deals)
- Drive deal closure through executive presentations and technical demonstrations
- Account Development :
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives at Spanish enterprises
- Develop deep understanding of customer business processes and automation needs
- Coordinate with pre-sales solutions consultants for technical demonstrations
- Manage complex procurement processes in regulated industries
- Create and execute account penetration strategies for target enterprises
- Market Development :
- Establish Maisa’s presence in the Spanish enterprise market
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
- Participate in key industry events and conferences
- Build relationships with system integrators and consulting partners
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- Pipeline Management :
- Maintain robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
- Accurate forecasting and CRM management
- Collaborate with marketing on account-based marketing initiatives
- Work with SDR team to identify and qualify inbound leads
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements :
Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency8+ years of enterprise software sales experience as Senior Account Executive or VPProven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($3M+ annual quotas)Established network / rolodex within Spanish enterprise marketTrack record of closing complex, 6-figure deals with enterprise sales cyclesSales Skills :
