This role connects prospective clients with internal teams and leads discovery sessions to translate insights into high-impact proposals.
What you will do
- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement : Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, and follow internal RACI procedures. Lead the Technical Discovery call with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly. Demonstrate knowledge of the SDLC from ideation to market release to guide discussions and assess project feasibility. Use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting requirements such as timeline, budget, technical skill needs, and risk assessments. Present clearly and persuasively in client interactions and emails.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation : Develop dynamic, visually compelling decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and recommendations. Customize deliverables to client challenges identified during discovery. Integrate technical insights with business strategy to reflect immediate deliverables and long-term client growth.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff : Coordinate across Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs from engagement to team buildout and project kickoff. Serve as a client-facing concierge to maintain alignment across functions and facilitate onboarding. Translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives and maintain a sales / consulting mindset throughout discovery.
Must Haves
3+ years of experience in similar Sales & Delivery Management rolesExceptional Communication & Soft Skills : outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and strong presentation and storytelling abilitiesUX & Presentation Design Acumen : solid understanding of UX principles and design thinking; proven ability to create high-quality, visually engaging decks and proposalsTechnical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge : deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances while focusing on business impactAnalytical & Strategic Thinking : strong analytical skills to synthesize information and recommend actionable strategies; ability to balance client objectives with technical feasibility and business goalsTeam Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination : proven ability to work across departments, manage internal communications, and align Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting teamsConsultative Sales Experience : prior experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting within a digital software environmentPerks and Benefits
