Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data‑focused role (ETL Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or ETL Tester), with a track record of performing data validation and reconciliation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and validating data.
• Understanding of ETL Concepts.
• Knowledge of microservice‑based architecture, RDBMS concepts, and how data integration is managed in a distributed system.
• Understanding with monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, or AppDynamics to investigate and track data‑related issues.
• A working understanding of message queues, particularly RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and timely issue escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
