Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic networking, market research, and relationship building.
• Lead the deal structuring process, negotiating terms and conditions that maximize value for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful completion of transactions.
• Utilize your extensive M&A experience to assess risks, evaluate opportunities, and guide decision-making throughout the deal lifecycle.
