Descripción del trabajoOwn the full budgeting process with support from global and regional FP&A teams. Your goal is to understand global models, guide the business in building plans, and push for the best possible plan in the Colombian market. Support the country manager and leadership team by tracking business performance, identifying deviations, and working together to solve them. Manage and control costs for the Colombian business looking for constant optimization. Build business cases to support management decisions. Be the face and brain of the colombian business when it comes to any financial topics, from company presentations (all‑hands) to proactive contribution in different matters. Serve as the main point of contact for the local operation for all financial topics, connecting with global and regional finance teams as applicable. Collaborate with regional and global FP&A and Finance reporting teams to deliver reliable and actionable financial dashboards that support business decisions and monitor budget realization. Work closely with the regional accounting, payroll, and compliance team based in Mexico on tax, payroll, labor, and other financial matters for Colombia. We are a scale up and there is still a lot we are figuring out. 5 or more years of relevant Finance experience, with at least 3 years in a proven FP&A or commercial finance leadership role. Strong analytical skills, including deep Excel modeling experience and ideal exposure to BI tools. Well‑rounded financial profile, comfortable managing reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, and labor topics. Senior & Autonomous Mindset : Dynamic, proactive, and willing to multitask without needing constant direction (a true owner). Execution Focus : Highly structured, organized, and focused on meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality results. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Comfortable presenting complex material to a range of audiences. Native Spanish and advanced English. Nice to Have : Experience in a start‑up or tech environment at a SaaS company. Experience in Transaction Services, Valuations, or Audit at a Big Four firm. 1️⃣ 30‑min Intro Call – Chat with Giuliana (Global Talent Partner) to discuss the role and align expectations. Mutual feedback on role fit. 2️⃣ TestGorilla – (SHL numerical reasoning assessment) 3️⃣ Technical Interview – Meet with Enrique (Head of Finance) and Lara (Head of Planning and Revops) from the Mexico team, to discuss your experience and team fit. 4️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview – Meet Rafael, Country Manager Colombia (your future manager). 5️⃣ Business Exercise – Prepare and present your insights in a 60‑min session with Rafael, Gervasio, Enrique and Lara. 6️⃣ Final Interview – Meet Gervasio (Global VP Finance). 7️⃣ References & Offer – If all goes well, we move to the final steps!
