Buscamos un/a Customer Service Representative apasionado/a por ofrecer experiencias memorables. Atenderás clientes vía chat y llamadas, apoyando consultas sobre compras, productos, órdenes y más.
🎯 Responsabilidades
* Atender clientes por chat y llamadas (productos, órdenes, calidad, soporte).
* Garantizar una experiencia de servicio excepcional.
* Mantener conocimiento actualizado de productos y procesos.
* Colaborar con QA, entrenamiento y Team Leads.
* Comunicar avances, dudas y oportunidades con el equipo.
* Flexibilidad para horarios rotativos, incluidos fines de semana.
📌 Requisitos
* Fluidez en Inglés, comunicación verbal y escrita C1.
* Mínimo 8 meses a 1 año de experiencia en Call center.
* Capacidad de multitarea y resolución de problemas.
* Residir en Medellín o alrededores.
* Disponibilidad total para turnos rotativos Lunes a Domingo.
* Aprobar Test de hábilidades.
