What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects across IT, infrastructure, or business operations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from engineering, operations, finance, and external partners to align on goals and deliverables
  • Define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and risk management strategies
  • Monitor project progress and performance, keeping teams on target and making data-driven decisions
  • Communicate status, roadblocks, and solutions clearly to senior leadership
  • Lead change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, applying lessons from past projects to optimize future ones

Who You Are

  • Experienced project manager (5+ years) preferably in tech, infrastructure, or operations
  • Excellent at managing budgets, timelines, and project risk
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Resourceful, organized, and capable under pressure
  • Strong communicator with fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Skilled at translating business needs into technical plans and actionable deliverables
