Key Responsibilities

Assist in all phases of discovery for California-based legal matters.

Organize, review, and manage document productions using legal tech tools.

Coordinate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure timely and compliant responses to discovery requests.

Draft and manage discovery-related documents, including subpoenas, responses, and privilege logs.

Maintain organized and secure electronic case files.

Support ongoing litigation and compliance efforts in collaboration with legal and technical teams.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience handling discovery in California litigation (state and / or federal).

Strong understanding of legal discovery procedures and best practices.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable using legal technology platforms and open to learning new tools.

Experience with AI, tech companies, or startups is a plus.
