Inbound Sales Representative – Telecommunications Campaign
💰 Salary
$2,850,000 COP + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS
✔ Bi-weekly payment
✔ Payment through Bancolombia savings account
📍 Location
On-site – Bogotá
Operations building: Conecta 80
⏰ Schedule
Monday to Sunday
Time frame: 6:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Two days off
📄 Contract Type
Indefinite contract – 42 hours per week
🎓 Training Process
Product training: 5 days
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday – 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Nesting period: 2 weeks in operations

Handle incoming calls
Promote and sell telecommunications services
Provide customer assistance and close sales
