We are seeking a Legal Director/Sr. Associate for our growing Corporate and Commercial team based in our Bogota office. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer keen on working in a market leading and fast growing team within a global law Firm.
Team
Kennedys' corporate and commercial team advise on a wide range of commercial services covers a broad spectrum including corporate, property, construction, insolvency, international litigation and arbitration. We support our clients with commercial contracts, data protection, cyber-security, IP/IT, e-commerce, procurement, state aid and competition.
Our team is renowned for our pragmatic, commercial and clear approach to cutting through the complexity of regulation across sectors including insurance, reinsurance, financial services, construction, engineering, healthcare, maritime and international trade, public sector and rail.

Required Experience
- 6+ years' experience in commercial or corporate law
- Experience supporting junior team members
- Experience in M&A transactions and other commercial agreements
- Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment
- Experience of arbitration and negotiation
- Demonstrable research, writing and communication skills
- Excellent academics
- Previous client contact experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
