Descripción del trabajoARRISE is looking for the next Uniforms Supervisor with strong leadership skills, inventory management experience, and a good English level to oversee the daily uniforms operation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, managing inventory levels, coordinating procurement processes, and ensuring the timely distribution and availability of uniforms and related items.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the wardrobe/uniforms team.
Manage and control inventory, stock levels, and distribution of uniforms and accessories.
Monitor inventory movements and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with vendors and procurement for orders and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports.
Train, coach, and support team members.
Ensure uniforms are properly maintained, organized, and presented.
Actively support on-site operations, including fittings, requests, and daily team interaction.
Collaborate with different departments to fulfill operational needs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements:
Full time availability
English level (B2) – this will be assessed during the interview process.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading teams or in a supervisory role.
Experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse, or stock control
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
Experience using ERP or inventory systems.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience in retail, fashion, textile, or uniforms-related operations.
Administrative and reporting experience.
