We’re looking for a Trilingual Customer Expert to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you’ll support customers in French, English, and Spanish by responding to inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions across different service scenarios. You’ll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in every interaction.

· A trilingual communicator with advanced Italian proficiency (C1) and upper-intermediate English (B2), ready to grow in a global environment.
