Build and run outbound/inbound sales for a growing AI translation app working 1:1 with the founder to design the sales process from scratch not just execute a playbook.

Native or fluent Spanish professional English (bilingual spoken and written) 2 years B2B/B2C sales or SDR experience ideally at an early-stage startup or app/SaaS company Demonstrated ability to build process not just follow one (early employee/generalist mindset) Comfortable with CRM tools and basic sales automation
