Tus responsabilidades incluyen
Mejorar la experiencia de nuestros empleados: Brindar soporte en el desarrollo y la implementacion de iniciativas de experiencia del empleado; reunir y analizar retroalimentacion para identificar oportunidades de mejora
Preparacion de reportes: Coleccionar organizar y analizar data de RH para ayudar con la toma de decisiones del departamento; creando reportes y apoyos visuales en las tendencias del compromiso retencion y satisfaccion del empleado
Aprender sobre los procesos de RRHH: Asistir en procesos administrativos como la comunicacion de politicas empresariales a los empleados brindar soporte al generalista de RH
Qualifications :
