5+ years of experience leading or participating in complex technology projects.
Solid technical background: Previous experience in software engineering, AI, Data, or Product development.
AI/ML domain knowledge: Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, or bringing ML models into production.
Client-facing expertise: Experience working with high-profile international clients (US preferred).
Strategic mindset: Critical thinking about delivery—constantly questioning the value generated and "what's next."
Advanced English and excellent communication skills.
Resilience: Comfort operating under pressure in iterative, fast-paced environments.
Background as a Tech Lead or Engineering Lead who evolved into delivery.
Experience with Python, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Agile frameworks in data-centric projects.
Deep understanding of the AI lifecycle (from experimentation to deployment).
