We are looking for a strategic creative and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead our global marketing organization and accelerate KeyMiks growth.

Position Summary

The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing KeyMiks overall marketing strategy driving brand awareness lead generation customer acquisition and revenue growth. This executive leader will oversee all marketing functions manage cross-functional teams optimize marketing performance and ensure a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute KeyMiks global marketing strategy.
  

• Build lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  

• Define annual marketing objectives budgets and KPIs.
  

• Create integrated marketing campaigns that support business goals.
  

• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
  

• Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives.
  

Brand Management

• Strengthen and protect the KeyMik brand.
  

• Develop brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
  

• Oversee visual identity and creative direction.
  

• Ensure consistency across websites social media advertising events and customer communications.
  

Demand Generation

Drive qualified leads for:

Product & Campaign Marketing

• Launch new services campaigns and platform features.
  

• Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  

• Support Sales with marketing collateral presentations and campaigns.
  

• Partner with Product and Operations teams on customer messaging.

Analytics & Performance

• Required Skills:

  Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Creative Arts Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 5 years of experience in creative design advertising branding or content production. 2 years of experience leading creative teams. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work across multiple formats. Excellent leadership communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience in a marketing or creative agency. Experience working with creator and influencer campaigns. Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising. Experience managing remote creative teams. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
