Client Relations Coordinator (Inglés C1)

Position: Implementation Consultant
Location: Guatemala (Preferred), Colombia and Kenya
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 2+
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Available to start one hour earlier or one hour later)
Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish (C1 Advanced proficiency required)
Education Requirement: High School diploma required; some college preferred

Role Overview
The Implementation Consultant leads the client implementation process for new PEO clients, ensuring a seamless transition to company services. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, addressing client concerns, configuring solutions, and training clients on effective system use. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams, troubleshoots issues, and identifies opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation & Support
Lead end-to-end client implementations by understanding requirements and configuring PEO solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, addressing concerns and providing expert guidance.
Train clients on effective system use to ensure successful adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
Prepare for client welcome calls, including reviewing client information and preparing presentations.
Review/scrub employee import files for accuracy.
Perform basic Prism setup (departments, worksites, divisions, etc.).
Update client tasks in Client Space as needed.
Coordinate calls with CIS/SCIS and clients.
Generate and distribute transition emails for new clients.
Pull reports for clients as required.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, workflows, and benefits regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementation efficiencies.
Requirements
Must Have:
At least 2 years of experience in Client Implementation, HR, Client Onboarding or related fields.
Client-facing background is need.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail and data analysis capabilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
Strong organizational and workload management skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork.
