About the role
We are expanding our LATAM nearshore team to support US pharmaceutical clients and are looking for Business Process Senior Analyst Managed Services (US Pharma) to join our growing organization.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in US pharmaceutical managed care government pricing and grosstonet calculations who enjoy working in a fastpaced clientfacing environment and want to be part of a longterm scalable delivery model.
Key responsibilities
Perform complex rebate calculations related to managed care Medicaid and government programs.
Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and translate it into accurate clientready deliverables.
Ensure high levels of accuracy timeliness and SLA compliance across all assigned work.
Manage recurring productionfocused workloads with consistency and attention to detail.
Support clientfacing interactions including responding to questions and explaining analyses when required.
Collaborate closely with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders.
Use internal calculation tools and advanced Excel to support analysis and reporting.
Required experience & skills
US pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
Managed care
Medicaid
Government pricing
Grosstonet calculations
Proven experience handling complex rebate calculations.
Advanced Excel skills (required).
Strong analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fastpaced productiondriven environment with recurring deadlines.
Nice to have
Experience working for pharmaceutical manufacturers or consulting firms supporting US pharma clients.
Experience with Model N or similar proprietary / competitor pricing tools.
Prior clientfacing or stakeholdermanagement experience.
Education
Bachelors degree preferred.
Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
