Even though the role is remote, you must live in Medellín . The CEO may occasionally need in‑person tasks handled, and proximity is non‑negotiable. You can take a long list of tasks, sort by priority , execute the top ones, and still keep track of everything else. You never forget anything — tasks are always written down, tracked, and followed up. You communicate clearly with strong English and minimal accent. You enjoy being the person who “just gets things done” without excuses. What You’ll Be Doing Direct CEO Support Provide comprehensive support across daily business and operational activities. Manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, communications, and priorities with precision. Systems & Tools Oversee CRM systems including Salesforce and GoHighLevel . Keep databases, tasks, and workflows organized and reliable. Client Success Management Coaching Programs Ensuring clients receive fast, efficient communication and smooth onboarding. Communication & Coordination Handle SMS, phone calls, and communication via a company‑provided work phone. Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and coordinate logistics for both internal and external needs. Operational & Administrative Execution Take on new tasks as they come — administrative, operational, or communication‑related.
