Promovemos la conectividad a través de FTTH, y soñamos con conectar 10 millones de familias en Latinoamérica. Empezamos en Argentina, crecimos al 20% mensual, y en 2023 desembarcamos en Cartagena, Colombia. Actualmente ya estamos en Barranquilla, Sincelejo, Santa Marta y Montería impactando en miles de hogares. Objetivo del Rol Buscamos un/a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer con formación universitaria en ingeniería, fuerte base en programación y arquitectura, y experiencia sólida en AWS, que pueda trabajar de forma transversal con los equipos de desarrollo para dimensionar esfuerzos, diseñar arquitecturas, definir procesos y operar plataformas productivas escalables y seguras. El rol no se limita al deployment de servicios, sino que participa activamente en decisiones técnicas, arquitectura de sistemas, escalabilidad, performance y seguridad desde el diseño hasta la operación. Tus retos principales Arquitectura & Diseño: No solo mantienes, construyes. Trabajarás codo a codo con los desarrolladores para diseñar soluciones en AWS que sean costo‑eficientes y escalables desde el día 1. Dominio del Código: Debes tener capacidad de leer y entender código productivo en Python (Django), PHP (Laravel) y Node.js . No programarás features, pero debes entender qué consume la RAM o por qué se bloquea la DB. Data & Performance: Administración avanzada de PostgreSQL (Tuning, Replicación, CDC) y manejo de datos geoespaciales (PostGIS). Gestionarás pipelines de datos y asegurarás la alta disponibilidad. Infraestructura como Código (IaC): Automatización total usando Terraform y Ansible . Escalabilidad y Mensajería: Implementar arquitecturas orientadas a eventos usando Redis y Kafka , manejando workers y balanceo de carga. Seguridad (SecOps): Hardening de servidores Linux, gestión estricta de IAM en AWS y aplicación de estándares OWASP. Requisitos excluyentes Título Universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines con base solida en sistemas, software y datos. Más de 5 años construyendo arquitecturas de datos y plataformas (No solo análisis). Dominio de AWS, Python, SQL Avanzado y modelado para BI.
