In Bogotá - Colombia we're looking for an Associate Creative Director with ambition, not just to make great work, but to grow into a true creative leader. Someone ready to take on more: more responsibility, more influence, more chances to shape ideas that matter. You'll help lead marquee accounts, pitch bold campaigns, and raise the bar on everything that leaves the building-from the award-worthy to the everyday work that builds brands. You'll support creative leadership, guide projects from brief to launch, and work crossfunctionally to push the work forward. From YouTube series and Twitch events to digital experiences and community activations, your ideas will make noise and make sense. This isn't just about your next title. It's about earning it, by honing your craft, building trust, and showing your voice, eye, and judgment on every brief. This role may also include conception, creating, capturing and even appearing in social content for our clients. Responsabilities: Craft smart, compelling creative across digital, social, video, and experiential Contribute to pitches and present work with confidence and clarity Collaborate with and mentor junior creatives on day-to-day projects Help shape integrated campaigns with bold ideas and strong execution Support the strategic use of emerging tools (including AI) in creative development Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams Ensure work is on-brand, on-brief, and on time Contribute to a strong, inclusive, and collaborative creative culture Stay curious, tracking trends, tools, and cultural shifts to keep our work sharp Demonstrate to clients that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs Integrate AI-driven tools into creative and production processes to boost efficiency, elevate content quality, and stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and storytelling Qualifications: A portfolio that shows strong thinking and sharp craft across media A developing voice as a creative leader and team contributor Strength in storytelling, concepting, and design fundamentals Experience with digital and multi-channel campaign work A good eye for layout, type, color, and visual identity Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and other modern tools Curiosity, ambition, and a high standard for the work A collaborative spirit and low-ego approach to creative problem-solving Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills A bachelor's or master's degree in a creative or communication field Absolutely must love the speed of culture and social, a master at pop culture trends, understand the wit of the internet, and be fearless What we offer: We have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
