This role is not about calendars and emails. It’s about protecting the mission. What You’ll Actually Do Executive & Life Management: Own the calendar with ruthless precision; filter, manage, and sometimes answer messages and emails; book hotels, flights, and meetings that actually make sense; handle personal and professional admin so the CEO can stay in “flow state.” Systems, Tools & Creative Admin: Run Slack, Monday, Google Drive like a boss; use Canva to clean up slides or documents; assist with event planning and CRM coordination; bonus if you can help with PR, podcast pitching. Responsibilities Create order from chaos and turn loose ideas into locked‑in plans. Shield the CEO’s from noise and act as the filter between opportunity and distraction. Bring clarity when things get messy and stabilize the storm behind the scenes. Help the CEO stay organized both personally and professionally; his Spanish is OK but not great. Requirements You’ve supported visionary CEOs and thrive in fast‑moving environments where chaos needs calm. You’re an execution machine —turn verbal chaos into mapped‑out plans and don’t need handholding. You’re fluent in English (spoken + written) and communicate with clarity, confidence, and kindness. You’re tech‑savvy with a creative eye and sniper detail —everything from formatting to dashboards gets done right. You act like a lead from behind, get things done, and bring heart, humor, and extreme ownership. Bonus points if you’re familiar with GoHighLevel, Close CRM, Slack, Streamyard, Zoom, PandaDoc, Jotform, Vimeo, Monday, AI tools, Canva, and are open to learning new tech.
