Resumen del Puesto: Buscamos un/a Analytics Engineer junior para integrarse, a través de Prex, a una startup en crecimiento en Estados Unidos, con la misión de construir la capa analítica que permite entender el negocio, definir métricas claras y apoyar la toma de decisiones con datos confiables. Este rol es ideal para personas que disfrutan trabajar con datos, entender cómo funciona un negocio y transformar información en claridad. No se trata solo de hacer reportes, sino de definir qué se mide, cómo se mide y asegurar que todos trabajen con los mismos números. Construir y mantener datasets analíticos confiables y bien estructurados. Definir, calcular y mantener métricas y KPIs clave del negocio. Transformar datos crudos en modelos listos para análisis y reporting. Diseñar y desarrollar dashboards claros, útiles y accionables. Explorar datos para identificar patrones, tendencias e insights relevantes. Asegurar consistencia y calidad de la información utilizada en reportes. Trabajar de forma cercana con equipos de producto, operaciones e IA para alinear datos con decisiones. Documentar definiciones de métricas y modelos de datos de forma clara y ordenada. Hasta 3 años de experiencia en roles de analytics, data analysis, analytics engineering o similares. Buen dominio de SQL y conceptos de modelado de datos. Experiencia construyendo dashboards con herramientas de BI modernas. Capacidad para definir métricas con criterio de negocio. Atención al detalle y fuerte pensamiento analítico. Capacidad para comunicar insights de forma clara a audiencias no técnicas. Interés genuino por entender el negocio detrás de los datos. Inglés avanzado, fundamental para la comunicación diaria con una empresa en Estados Unidos y para documentación. Proyecto internacional con una startup en crecimiento en Estados Unidos. Modalidad de trabajo mediante team augmentation con Prex Technologies. Entorno orientado a datos, con métricas que realmente se usan para decidir.
