We're looking for a Brand Content Advisor with SEO expertise who excels at crafting compelling, long-form content and knows how to track and optimize its impact. This role is perfect for someone who blends creative copywriting with performance analytics, equally comfortable writing web copy, newsletters, and blogs as they review dashboards, analyze trends, and recommend strategic next steps. As Brand Content Advisor, you'll lead performance-driven content initiatives across various brands, working closely with a Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders. Your focus will be on owned and earned media (websites, email, blogs, press), driving SEO rankings, organic growth, and conversions through strategic content planning and execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute content strategies that drive performance across owned and earned channels. Write SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and newsletters, aligned with business objectives and user intent. Maintain and evolve an editorial calendar that supports client milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and measure content performance using HubSpot , Mailchimp , Ahrefs , and AgencyAnalytics tools. Translate data into insights and actionable content recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and conversion. Present performance updates and insights internally, helping guide ongoing and future strategy. Collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring content to life across platforms and formats. Support business development by preparing content proposals and pitch decks based on audience insights and content trends. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism , or a related field. 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles with a performance-driven focus. Strong experience working with content and analytics tools. Able to write high-performing content and explain the "why" behind its success. Native-level English or fully bilingual (English and Spanish)—exceptional writing skills in both languages are a plus. Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
