Buscamos un Marketing & Sales Specialist versátil para integrarse a un equipo comercial y de marketing en expansión. Serás responsable de gestionar el sitio web en WordPress, ejecutar campañas de nutrición de leads en HubSpot, producir contenido multimedia (pódcasts y gráficos) y coordinar eventos, apoyándote en herramientas de IA como Copilot y Claude para maximizar la productividad del área. Modalidad: Presencial 100% Idioma: Ingles Avanzado B2+ Países: Ciudades con sede de Colombia Horario rotativo: Rango de 6am a 7pm (horario fijo negociable) Horas a laborar: 40h semanales Objetivo del puesto Ejecutar la estrategia de marketing digital, optimización web y nutrir leads en HubSpot, apoyándose en herramientas de IA para impulsar las oportunidades de ventas. Responsabilidades principales Web y Redes: Mantener el sitio en WordPress, publicar y programar post diarios. Gestión de Leads: Nutrir prospectos fríos (MQL/SQL), limpiar bases de datos, enviar campañas y transferir leads a ventas. Eventos y Multimedia: Editar audio/video de pódcasts, retoque fotográfico y gestionar eventos en Eventbrite y Zoom. Optimización con IA: Usar Microsoft Copilot y Claude para automatizar tareas repetitivas y agilizar procesos. Requisitos Experiencia: 1+ año en Marketing y/o Ventas de servicios intangibles afines (deseable) servicios de Recursos Humanos. Manejo de herramientas: WordPress, HubSpot, Microsoft Copilot y Claude. Habilidades: Manejo de IA, capacidad multitarea (diseño, redacción y datos), aprendizaje rápido y autonomía.
