ABOUT THE ROLE As a Talent Operations Specialist (Middle/Senior), you’ll support full‑cycle talent rotation in a fast‑growing 1000+ team, helping engineers find the right projects and opportunities. You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering, Delivery, and HR, driving smooth processes and cross‑functional collaboration. This role offers growth in tech talent management and retention, and is ideal for a quick learner with strong English skills who can lead special initiatives when needed.
