Responsibilities Drive and manage the technology evaluation and validation processes, as well as engage with clients while providing technical assistance and guidance to address their profile requests' real needs. Conduct the final screening/interview process of candidates based on the information available to identify the best engineers to fit each position. Participate in meetings with Clients to understand the engineering profile that fits their needs. Work with different tech stacks, interact with clients, or interview all over the tech stack: Web (Frontend and Backend), Mobile, QA (Manual and automation), DevOps, Data (Data Engineering, Data Science, Big Data), etc. Keep up with market trends and techs you may not have worked with in the past. Provide training to candidates regarding different technologies. Work together with the Sales team to improve the time to market of the resources the clients need, considering the feasibility of their requests. Qualifications 5+ years of work experience. Experience in the IT industry. A proven track record in software development, with experience/knowledge in different programming languages and areas of software development.
