Instagram | TikTok | Culture page Role Mission Analyze, consolidate, and transform data from different digital channels and platforms into reliable, clear, and actionable insights, ensuring data quality and consistency to identify trends, opportunities, and key learnings that support the optimization of content, campaigns, and digital experiences, while enabling better decision-making for clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities Prepare periodic digital performance reports for clients and internal teams. Consolidate information from different platforms, sources, and databases. Clean, structure, and validate data before incorporating it into reports and analyses. Identify errors, duplicates, gaps, or inconsistencies in data sources. Ensure the traceability, consistency, and quality of reported information. Analyze performance across Social Media, Web, App, and digital campaigns. Define and prioritize KPIs according to communication, marketing, and business objectives. Explain what each KPI measures, why it is relevant, and how it should be interpreted. Identify trends, variations, key learnings, and optimization opportunities. Compare results against previous periods, objectives, historical performance, and benchmarks. Translate data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations Skills & experience 1–3 years of experience in digital analytics, reporting, Social Media Analytics, digital marketing, database management, or related fields. Experience managing and structuring databases. Data cleaning and validation. Cross-referencing and consolidating multiple data sources. Ability to identify data inconsistencies and quality issues. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. Knowledge of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes is a plus. Familiarity with connectors, APIs, and data-source automation is a plus Strong understanding of Social Media and digital analytics KPIs. Knowledge of reach, views, engagement, traffic, conversion, retention, and loyalty metrics. Ability to build measurement frameworks aligned with business and communication objectives.
