Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior / Psicóloga Organizacional / IT Recruiter / Talent Attraction Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en ingeniería u operaciones de ciberseguridad. Sólidos conocimientos del ciclo de vida de la gestión de vulnerabilidades y herramientas como Rapid7 InsightVM, Tenable, Qualys, etc. Experiencia con plataformas CSPM/CWP como Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Defender for Cloud, CrowdStrike Horizon, entre otras. Familiarización con los fundamentos de seguridad en AWS, Azure y GCP. Comprensión de configuraciones seguras, marcos de cumplimiento (CIS, NIST) y priorización de vulnerabilidades basada en riesgos. Experiencia en la generación de informes técnicos y ejecutivos. Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con equipos e interactuar con las partes interesadas. Certificaciones como Security+, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty o Microsoft SC-100. Conocimiento de seguridad de contenedores (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE). Realizar análisis, seguimiento y generación de informes de vulnerabilidades, colaborando con los equipos técnicos para la remediación y la priorización basada en riesgos. Operar y mejorar las herramientas de seguridad en la nube (CSPM/CWP) en AWS, Azure y GCP, supervisando las configuraciones incorrectas y las desviaciones del cumplimiento normativo, y recomendando configuraciones seguras. Administrar herramientas de seguridad tradicionales como Secure Email Gateway, Cisco Umbrella y la protección de endpoints, facilitando la detección y mitigación de amenazas como el phishing. Colaborar con los equipos de SOC y TI para fortalecer las capacidades de detección y prevención de amenazas. Participar en turnos de guardia para responder con prontitud a los incidentes de seguridad. Documentar los procedimientos, estándares y manuales de seguridad. Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de gestión de vulnerabilidades y seguridad en la nube.
