Lo que harás ✨ Desarrollar y ajustar modelos predictivos (machine learning, IA). ✨ Analizar y estructurar datos clínicos y de operación. ✨ Implementar modelos en entornos cloud (Google Vertex AI, AWS, Azure). ✨ Traducir resultados en insights estratégicos para nuestros equipos y. Requisitos Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística, Ciencias de la Computación o Matemáticas Aplicadas. Deseable posgrado o certificación en Inteligencia Artificial, Ciencia de Datos o Machine Learning . Experiencia 3 a 5 años en proyectos de Data Science aplicados a salud, biotecnología o farmacéutica. Experiencia demostrable en entrenamiento, validación y despliegue de modelos predictivos . Manejo y versionamiento de modelos (.PKL) Diseño y deployment de modelos predictivos Procesamiento de datos clínicos (estructurados y no estructurados) Control de versiones (Git, GitHub/GitLab) Modelos supervisados y no supervisados Infraestructura en la nube (Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio o MLflow + Docker) Conocimiento en marcos regulatorios: HIPAA, GDPR, LGPD Inglés intermedio/avanzado Formarás parte de un equipo interdisciplinario que combina tecnología, ciencia y propósito para transformar la gestión de datos en salud.
