Resolv Global is looking for 2 Full-Time AI Developers/Software Engineers to join our growing team in Barranquilla, Colombia. Position Details Employment Type: Independent Contractor Schedule: Full-Time Work Model: Hybrid; 2--3 days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely Location: Barranquilla, Colombia Compensation: Competitive salary in USD, negotiable based on experience and skills Payment: Weekly Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Base44 . Build and manage integrations, workflows, and automations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements. Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience. Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements. Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes. Translate business needs into practical technical solutions. Remote Work Technical Requirements Because this is a hybrid position, candidates must have a reliable home setup that allows them to work effectively on remote days. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, developing and improving applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions. Requirements Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Base44 . Demonstrated experience building, modifying, and maintaining Base44 applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation is highly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. English proficiency is preferred.
