We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Manager for Facility, Facilities & Property Management to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and cost‑effective environment for our employees and visitors. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals Oversee daily operations of facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services Manage and optimize facility-related budgets, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues proactively Develop and execute sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency Manage lease agreements and relationships with property owners or tenants Ensure all building systems are properly maintained and updated as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in facility or property management, with a proven track record of success Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or other IFMA credentials preferred Proficiency in facility management software and project management tools Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and real estate management Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability best practices Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
