Virtual Professional is looking for a Property Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing residential portfolio.

In this role, you'll:

? Manage leasing and tenant administration

? Coordinate maintenance requests with residents and contractors

? Prepare lease agreements and renewal documentation

? Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents

? Support our marketing efforts by managing social media content and rental listings

? Keep our website updated with available properties and company news

We're looking for someone with experience in:

✔️ Building or similar property management software

✔️ Microsoft Office 365 & Google Workspace

✔️ Facebook Business Suite, Instagram & Canva

✔️ Website content management systems
