What will you do? Data Product Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring alignment with banking requirements, data quality standards, and regulatory compliance Agile Process Leadership: Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies Stakeholder Facilitation: Serve as the primary liaison between Data Engineering teams and international banking stakeholders, including business units, compliance teams, and senior leadership. Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and resolve blockers to team progress, whether technical, process-related, or stakeholder-driven, to maintain delivery momentum. Team Empowerment: Coach and mentor Data Engineering teams to adopt Agile best practices, foster a culture of collaboration, and enhance technical and soft skills to improve delivery outcomes. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sprint velocity, data product quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles, with at least 3 years focused on data-related projects (e.g., data engineering, data analytics, or data warehousing). Proven track record of delivering data products or solutions in the banking or financial services industry, with knowledge of international banking regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and data engineering workflows (e.g., ETL processes, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance requirements in banking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
