Virtual Professional is looking for a Property Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing residential portfolio.
In this role youll:
Manage leasing and tenant administration
Coordinate maintenance requests with residents and contractors
Prepare lease agreements and renewal documentation
Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents
Support our marketing efforts by managing social media content and rental listings
Keep our website updated with available properties and company news
Were looking for someone with experience in:
Building or similar property management software
Microsoft Office 365 & Google Workspace
Facebook Business Suite Instagram & Canva
Website content management systems
