Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on strategic Head of Marketing and Brand based in Colombia to turn marketing strategy into multi-channel campaigns product launches and commercial growth across a dual-brand home décor and wall art portfolio. Managing both a premium brand and a mass-market brand across DTC e-commerce marketplaces and national retail you will own the end-to-end marketing calendar and direct the creative social and agency partners executing the work.

In this seat you will bridge brand management with performance oversightrunning collection launches from brief to post-launch recap directing agency performance (paid media lifecycle email creators) leading go-to-market trade show activations and establishing brand visibility across organic social and emerging AI answer engine channels (GEO/LLM search).

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Product Go-to-Market (GTM)

• Integrated Marketing Calendar: Build and execute the master marketing calendar across DTC marketplaces retail paid media email creator and social channels for both portfolio brands.

• End-to-End Product Launches: Own product and collection launchesdefining positioning messaging landing pages email flows pre-sell programs creative briefs and post-launch performance recaps.

• Trade Shows & Physical Activations: Lead go-to-market strategies for industry trade shows and market events directing booth storytelling sales collateral print catalogs direct mail on-site content capture and post-event lead conversion campaigns.

2. Dual-Brand Portfolio Management & Performance Oversight

• Brand Governance: Hold brand guidelines visual identity and voice across touchpointsmaintaining clear differentiation between premium/luxury and mass-market positioning.

• Agency & Contractor Management: Direct external paid media email and creative agencies; set briefs budgets and KPIs while holding partners accountable to ROAS CAC and LTV targets.

• Organic Channel Diversification: Expand organic growth channels (social Pinterest creators SEO) to build sustainable non-paid demand and reduce overall dependence on paid media.

3. Measurement Analytics & Generative Search Reporting

• Executive Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly marketing recaps to leadership evaluating revenue attribution price positioning against market benchmarks and spend optimizations.

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Monitor and report weekly on brand visibility across AI-driven search and answer engines (LLMs/GEO).

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Merchandising on seasonal launch sequencing and align with Sales to deliver high-converting trade and retail collateral.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 58 years of consumer marketing experience with direct accountability for campaign execution brand strategy and commercial P&L growth (experience in home décor furniture CPG fashion beauty or consumer goods preferred).

• Dual-Brand Experience: Proven track record managing marketing strategies across distinct market tiers (e.g. premium/luxury vs. mass-market audiences).

• Omnichannel & Agency Oversight: Direct experience managing external agencies (paid media email PR) and executing campaigns across DTC marketplaces and physical retail channels.

• Bilingual Mastery: Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and Spanish with confidence collaborating directly with US-based leadership and retail partners.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field required.

• Time Zone & Location: Fully based in Colombia with complete availability to work US Eastern business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree (MBA or Masters in Marketing).

• Hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tracking and monitoring brand presence inside AI search engines.

• Direct experience executing trade show marketing print catalog production and creator/influencer programs.
