Creative QA Analyst

In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Creative QA Analyst L2 with 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, creative asset validation, and digital production environments. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and flawless execution of creative assets across digital, social, and audiovisual channels, validating compliance with creative briefs, brand guidelines, platform requirements, and technical specifications prior to delivery or publication. Working closely with Designers, Art Directors, Producers, Account, and Operations teams, the Creative QA Analyst L2 plays a key role in reducing defects, improving quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement across production workflows. Perform detailed QA reviews of creative assets across digital, social, video, motion, and multimedia formats. Validate deliverables against creative briefs, brand guidelines, technical specifications, and platform requirements. Identify, document, and report defects accurately using established QA tools and processes. Verify copy accuracy, asset versions, file formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform compliance. Conduct compliance reviews for branding requirements, legal dis. Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, Producers, Account, Operations, and Production teams to resolve quality issues. Support final delivery and pre-publication validation processes. Track recurring quality issues and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities. Maintain accurate QA documentation, findings, and approvals. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote quality best practices across teams. 5–7 years of experience in Creative QA, Digital Production QA, or related quality assurance roles. Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy. Solid understanding of creative production workflows and digital content formats. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized mindset. Experience working in fast-paced creative, advertising, marketing, or production environments. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Commitment to quality standards, process adherence, and continuous improvement. Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
