Visual & Content Designer

Your Challenge as Visual & Content Designer As a Visual & Content Designer, you will elevate Blyce’s brand presence through high-quality visual storytelling, motion design, video production, and AI-assisted creative content. Working across commercial, recruitment, event, digital, and internal communication initiatives, you will transform business goals and stakeholder needs into compelling visual experiences that are engaging, scalable, and consistent with our brand identity. This is a specialist-level role for a hands-on creative professional who combines strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. You will independently manage competing priorities, challenge briefs when needed, and make sound decisions that balance quality, speed, and business impact. Success in this role requires strong ownership, stakeholder partnership, and a continuous-improvement mindset, while helping Blyce strengthen its creative capabilities through scalable design systems, motion graphics, and innovative AI-powered production approaches. Key Responsibilities Visual design: Design and produce visual assets for social media, campaigns, case studies, presentations, event materials, sales/commercial materials, website/landing pages, internal communications, and recruitment content. Video and motion: Lead video and motion-graphic production from concept to final output. Create high-quality videos, animations, transitions, intros/outros, and visual effects from input gathered by others. AI-assisted creative production: Use advanced AI creative tools to produce visual and video content efficiently, including synthetic characters, motion design, voice-over, and other elaborated formats where relevant. Brand consistency: Maintain and apply Blyce’s visual identity system across all outputs and review visual content produced by others before publication. Templates and systems: Own design templates and systems that allow the wider team to create on-brand content independently. Request management: Manage and prioritize design/video requests using clear criteria around urgency, quality, strategic relevance, and stakeholder need. Stakeholder collaboration: Work directly with internal teams to clarify requests, understand context, push back when needed, and translate business needs into visual content. Website support: Support website visual design and landing page production in collaboration with technical team members when needed. Security awareness: Stay updated on Blyce Information Security policies, processes, and procedures and apply them in daily work activities. Requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-quality visual design, video production, animation, and multimedia content. Advanced visual storytelling, motion graphics, and video-editing capabilities, transforming concepts into polished outputs. AI-first creative-production mindset with proven application of AI tools to enhance quality, efficiency, and innovation. Expertise creating multi-channel content for social media, commercial campaigns, websites, recruitment, events, and internal communications. Brand-driven approach with the ability to maintain consistency across diverse visual and digital assets. Strong stakeholder-management skills, capable of translating business requirements into effective visual solutions. Ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize competing requests and deliver independently. Experience building scalable templates, design systems, and content-production workflows. Strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and content review. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities. Preferred Qualifications University-level education aligned with visual design, multimedia, digital content, or related disciplines. Experience with professional creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and AI-enabled production tools. Background as a Visual Designer, Content Designer, Motion Designer, Multimedia Designer, Content Creator, or Video Editor. Experience supporting branding, marketing, recruitment, internal communications, and digital-content initiatives. Exposure to lean, high-output environments requiring autonomy, accountability, and hands-on execution.
