About the role At DØR we build integrations for a next-generation, cloud-based common-use platform used across airports and airlines. We're looking for a Software Integration Engineer to join a cloud team based in Bogotá. It's a great role to level up fast: real production systems, a strong team to learn from, and lots of scripting and integration work. What you'll actually do Write scripts and build interfaces that integrate third-party airline and airport applications onto a cloud platform. Build and manage interfaces, middleware and scripts so data flows reliably between systems. Hunt down and fix issues — connectivity, data flow, integration failures — and learn how large systems really behave. Automate the repetitive stuff to make everything faster and more reliable. Help investigate production incidents, debug existing solutions, and ship the fixes. Write clear documentation and share what you learn with the team. What you'll learn and gain Hands-on experience with real, cloud-based production systems in the aviation industry — the kind of experience that’s hard to get early on. Mentorship from senior engineers and a team that reviews your work and helps you grow. A solid foundation across scripting, integrations, cloud (Azure), Windows environments and modern ways of working (Git, Agile). Exposure to how mission-critical, high-availability software is built and operated. Who you are You have foundations in Python and/or PowerShell (or a similar scripting language) — from studies, personal projects or early work experience. You're comfortable with Windows (client/server) and curious about how distributed systems work. You know your way around Git and enjoy working in a team. You have a troubleshooting instinct and, above all, a genuine eagerness to learn. Fluent, professional-level English — this is a must: you'll work within a multicultural, international team. Nice to have (not required): Azure basics, Citrix, Java or Ansible. How we work On-site in Bogotá, working shoulder to shoulder with the local engineering team.
