Senior Dispatcher

We're Hiring! Senior Dispatcher - Overnight We are looking for a Senior Dispatcher to join our team in Medellín (On-site) . This role is responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments in real time, confirming on-time pickups and deliveries, and independently resolving operational issues within our transportation management platform. What you'll do in this role: Provide real-time location updates for shipments in progress (Track & Trace) Confirm on-time pickups and deliveries Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally Price, quote, and secure carrier capacity for ad hoc shipments Manage shipment documentation (BOLs, PODs, and more) Maintain accurate shipment data in TMS and Excel What we're looking for in a Senior profile: 4-5 years of relevant experience in logistics/transportation Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues independently Strong judgment on when to escalate a situation Greater proficiency quoting, booking, and securing coverage for ad hoc shipments Experience handling complex situations with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, chat) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment If you're passionate about logistics, thrive under pressure with strong organizational skills, and are ready to take on a role with greater ownership and growth potential, we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
